“SAM IS AMAZING! I called him while I was at work, told him I had a serious crack in my Mercedes Rim (due to my low profile tires) and I needed it fixed, expeditiously (because I was riding on my donut for an extended period of time due to my Tire not yet arriving to the tire shop).
